What we collect and why. The company name, business email, division, facility scale and message you enter are used for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Every field on this form is required, because each one is needed to answer sensibly — we do not ask for anything we would not use.

Lawful basis. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. We do not ask you to consent to this processing, and no consent box gates this form. If you additionally tick the optional marketing box, that separate processing rests on your consent under Article 6(1)(a), and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect the handling of your enquiry.

Retention. Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last message to us, then deleted. If an engagement follows, the correspondence is retained under the Danish Bookkeeping Act for as long as that law requires.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Article 21. Write to the address above. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.

Optional: you may also send me occasional written updates about your services. This is not required to submit the form, and I can withdraw it at any time.

Purpose and basis: we use your name, email, subject and message to read and answer correspondence addressed to us, from businesses and individuals alike. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us.

The optional telephone field rests on the same Article 6(1)(f) basis, for the narrower interest of replying by the means you prefer. It is not needed to answer you, and leaving it blank has no effect. You may object to its use at any time under Article 21.

Retention: 24 months from our last exchange, unless bookkeeping or legal-defence obligations require longer.
