What we do — and, more usefully, what we do not

Financial and investment activity

This is the disclosure that matters most, because our name contains the word Holding and that invites a reading we want to close off completely.

• We are not authorised by Finanstilsynet, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, and we hold no licence under the Danish Financial Business Act or MiFID II. We claim no such authorisation anywhere.
• We do not accept, pool, hold, administer or manage money or assets belonging to anyone outside our own group.
• We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, custody, or any other service listed in Annex I of MiFID II.
• We do not issue, promote, place, underwrite or distribute shares, bonds, notes, funds, tokens or crypto-assets.
• We publish no past performance, projected return, yield or guarantee, because we offer no product that could carry one.
• Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation, inducement or financial promotion, and nothing here should be relied on when making an investment decision.
• Investment activity within our group is registered under DB25 code 649910, Investering for egen regning — investment for our own account.

Technical support and IT services

We manage infrastructure under contract for organisations. We are not a consumer technical-support business, and the distinction is worth stating explicitly.

• We do not provide remote technical support to consumers or private individuals, under any brand or telephone number.
• We do not perform account recovery, password resets, device clean-ups, virus removal or similar services for members of the public.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised to act for Microsoft, Apple, Google, Dell, HP, or any other hardware or software vendor, and we hold no partner status or vendor certification.
• We do not resell, sublicense, distribute or supply third-party software or licences.
• We do not make unsolicited calls, and we display no support hotline. Every engagement begins with a written scope agreed in advance.
• We work only on systems that the contracting organisation owns or is entitled to have administered on its behalf.

Claims, credentials and track record

What a website says about a company is a claim like any other. These are the claims we deliberately do not make.

• We publish no client names, logos, testimonials or case studies. Where a page describes a scenario, it describes how we would approach it, not work we assert we have done.
• We publish no uptime percentage, availability figure or performance benchmark, because we have no measured, auditable figure to stand behind.
• We publish no guaranteed response time or service level on this website. Service levels are agreed in a contract, per engagement, where they can be measured and enforced.
• We hold no ISO certification, industry accreditation or approved-supplier status, and we claim none. We are registered in the Danish business register, which is a different and lesser thing, and we describe it as such.
• Any figure that ever appears on this site will be accompanied by the method used to measure it.

Professional advice

We give technical opinions. Several adjacent kinds of advice are outside our remit.

• We give no legal, tax, accounting, actuarial or financial advice, and no valuation or fairness opinion.
• In a transaction, we report on the condition of technology. We do not advise on whether to transact, on price, or on terms.
• We do not introduce investors, raise capital, or accept success fees contingent on a financing or a transaction closing.
• Where a matter needs a regulated professional, we say so and stop.
