Stake Holding ApS owns and administers companies. That is what the word Holding in our name means, and this page explains it plainly, because the alternative reading is one we want to rule out immediately.

Technology Holding & Asset Stewardship

Stake Holding ApS is the parent of a small Danish group. This division is the internal work of being a holding company: maintaining ownership records, governance calendars and statutory filings for the entities held, stewarding the technology assets inside them, and coordinating own-account investment activity, which is registered under LEAD HOLDING ApS. It is administration of capital that belongs to the group. It is not a service sold to investors.

Corporate Development & Technology Due Diligence

When a business buys, sells or merges with another, somebody has to say what condition the technology is actually in. That is the work here: reviewing infrastructure, licensing position, security posture, key-person dependency and integration cost, and reporting it to the board that commissioned it. The output is a technical opinion on systems. It is not a view on price, on whether to transact, or on any financial instrument.

What you receive

  • Technical due-diligence report on infrastructure, licensing and security posture
  • Key-person and single-point-of-failure analysis
  • Integration or separation plan with sequencing and effort estimates
  • Post-transaction IT integration oversight under the governance of the client

What this is not

  • We give no financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no valuation or fairness opinion.
  • We do not advise on whether to complete a transaction, or on the terms of one.
  • We do not introduce investors, raise capital, or take success fees on financing.
  • Engagements are with companies. We do not act for private individuals.

Where the line falls on due diligence. Division 04 produces a technical opinion about systems: what the infrastructure is, what condition it is in, what it would cost to integrate or separate. That is engineering work, and we do it for the board that commissioned it. It is never a view on price, on whether a transaction should complete, or on the merits of any financial instrument — those are questions for the client’s own financial and legal advisers, who are regulated to answer them.
