Division 01 · Facility Management

Somebody has to be responsible for the room the servers are in

We take contracted operational responsibility for computer facilities that our clients own — racks, power, cooling, access, patching, backups and the paperwork that proves it all happened.

What a management agreement covers

The schematic beside this text is the scope of a typical agreement, layer by layer. Select a layer to read what we take on within it. It is a diagram of responsibilities, not a monitoring dashboard — we publish no live figures about any client estate, and we would not.

Our registered activity in the Danish business register is DB25 622000, Computerkonsulentbistand og forvaltning af computerfaciliteter — computer consultancy and computer-facility management. The work described on this page is the activity this company is actually registered to perform, which is a thing you can check rather than take on trust.

DIV-01

Enterprise Computer-Facility & Server Operations

We take day-to-day operational responsibility for computer facilities under a written management agreement: rack and floor planning, hardware lifecycle records, power and cooling coordination with the site owner, patch and firmware windows, backup and restore rehearsals, access control and change logging. The estate, the licences and the data remain the property of the client throughout; we operate them under instruction and hand back a documented environment.

What you receive

  • Facility and rack inventory with an owner recorded against every asset
  • Documented change-control and maintenance-window procedure
  • Backup, restore and failover rehearsal schedule, with written results
  • Access-control register and physical/logical handover documentation
  • Runbooks written so the client can operate the estate without us

What this is not

  • We do not provide remote technical support to consumers or private individuals.
  • We do not perform account recovery, password resets or device clean-ups for the public.
  • We do not cold-call, we display no support hotline, and we claim affiliation with no hardware or software vendor.
  • We work only on systems the contracting organisation owns or is entitled to have administered.

Who this service is for

Business-to-business only. We are not a consumer tech-support company.

We work under a written agreement with an organisation, on infrastructure that organisation owns or is entitled to have administered. Engagements begin with a scoping conversation and a signed scope, never with an unsolicited call or a pop-up.

We do not offer remote technical support to private individuals, we do not perform account recovery or password resets for the public, we operate no support hotline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised to speak for any hardware or software vendor. If you have reached this page looking for help with a personal computer or an online account, please contact that product’s own manufacturer directly.
