Assessment, target architecture, capacity and migration planning, delivered as documents and decision records. We sell no software and hold no reseller margin, so the recommendation is the whole product.

Engagement shape

Five stages, in order

Not every engagement runs all five. Most start at 01 and stop wherever the client has what they need — which is a legitimate place to stop, and we will say so when you get there.

  1. 01

    Assess

    We read the estate as it is: inventory, dependencies, licence position, contracts, and what the people running it already know is wrong. The evidence is attached to the report rather than summarised away.

  2. 02

    Design

    A target architecture with the trade-offs named. Every significant choice becomes a decision record stating the assumption behind it and what it would cost to reverse.

  3. 03

    Size

    Capacity, resilience and recovery objectives worked out against your actual load and your actual tolerance for downtime — not against a reference architecture from a vendor.

  4. 04

    Cost

    Supplier, licensing and total-cost review, including the cost of doing nothing. We do not resell anything, so we have no interest in which way this comes out.

  5. 05

    Hand over

    A sequenced migration plan your own team or any implementer can execute. We are happy to be one of the options, and we write the plan so that we do not have to be.

Strategic IT Architecture & Infrastructure Consulting

Advisory engagements covering current-state assessment, target architecture, capacity and resilience planning, migration sequencing, supplier and licence review, and operational readiness. Deliverables are documents and decision records rather than retained dependency: an organisation should be able to take the output to any implementer, including their own team.

  • We publish no benchmark, uptime or savings figure that we have not measured for the engagement in question.
  • We hold no vendor certification, partner status or accreditation, and we claim none.

On credentials. We hold no vendor certification, partner tier or industry accreditation, and we claim none anywhere on this site. What we can offer instead is verifiable: a company registered in Denmark since 2019 whose filed activity code is computer consultancy and facility management, a named director on the public register, and references to our own written work.
